Current• Train Sales and Sales Adjacent contributors on products, professional evolution, and best-practices• Work directly with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to create training materials targeted at seller success. • Worked on the core team to deploy the just-in-time learning tool integrated into the Salesforce workflow, Spekit. • Lead content development and streamlined resources in the internal resource repository of SharePoint and cross-over management in Spekit. • Worked on a core team to launch an optimized sales process, providing the sales organization with a focused and consistent approach to selling.• Represent Sales Enablement in several Cross Functional Teams for the pre-launch preparations and development of new solutions. • Facilitate the Sales Mentorship Program, alongside an invaluable team, to provide the sales organization the opportunity to be paired with a mentor or mentee to deepen the professional experience and boost relationships outside immediate teams. • Spear-headed a professional and personal development-focused engagement program for the Summer interns starting in 2022, and have continued the program each summer since. Represent the GenNow Business Resource Group on the governance council, and assist with programs and events focused on early career professionals and allyship.
