I am a future-focused philanthropy executive and and founder of Phillips Philanthropy Advisors, where I work with non-profits, families, and small foundations. My mission is to support leaders who seek to transform systems in education, health, and the environment, and to provide them with the tools, insights, and opportunities to maximize their impact. I have a strong background in capital campaigns, major gift program management, database analysis, and program-related investments, and my professional interests include sustainable agriculture, community development, and philanthropy education. I am always eager to learn from and collaborate with others who share my vision for a more just and sustainable world.Currently, I am serving as a Strategic Advisor at Southeast Sustainability Directors Network (SSDN), a network of municipal sustainability leaders, to accelerate the adoption of equitable and resilient solutions in the Southeast. I currently split my time between West Chester, PA and Beaufort, SC and work with clients both remotely and in person.
