• Design and implementation of group training sessions for individuals who are dealing with contentious issues within the workplace i.e. Dealing with emotional callers and complaints, Confidence etc.
• Workshop design and facilitation of mental health issues in the workplace including workshops on stress, anxiety and depressive symptoms. Created awareness for senior management of the effects of the workplace on.
