I work in the HR Brand team as an event manager, combining the functions of DevRel and merch production manager.My achievements:– Organized integration into major IT conferences. Built stands, searched for and prepared speakers to give the talks, tracked success metrics.Our stand was the best at five conferences (out of six) as assessed by participants through surveys after events. – Organize internal and external events for two offices: development meetups, corporate parties, educational events online and offline, lectures with guest speakers.– Manage the production of merchandise and printing products for all departments in two offices: drawing up a concept, choosing media, materials and suppliers.– Developed and launched a speaker training program in the company: speakers began to attend major conferences on behalf of the company. To achieve this, I developed a speaker preparation process and a preparation guide.– Launched and run the company's YouTube channel, as well as blogs on key russian tech media (Habr, VC)
