Born and raised in Floripa (Florianópolis, Brazil), wife to be, spiritualized person, a lover of animals and nature, allergic to almost everything, full of dreams and ambitions. Always curious.I started working at the age of 18, as a receptionist in a tourism company. In there, I discovered my business acumen. I moved on to customer service, to service recovery, and finally I went to sales. After that, the commercial area never left me. I worked at a company that provided training for expatriates, prospecting new clients among other things, at an HR company, with recruitment, at a trading company, bridging the relations between clients in Brazil and suppliers in China and, finally, I returned to tourism as a business analyst responsable for new business opportunities and for organizing the operation of the company.I've always wanted to undertake and the pandemic was the ultimate opportunity for this. Combining my business skills and the technical knowledge of my partner and fiancé we decided to offer the world what we do best: helping companies grow. And so our "baby" was born, HER.ME.S Soluções Digitais. A solution designed to help all ends of the customer experience business operation, increase team efficiency, reduce costs and increase gains.
