I assist the applicants by determining their financial condition and offer my recommendation for the best possible solutions to fit their specific financial need. My responsibilities are to analyse the financial status of the client by collecting all relevant personal and financial information, and giving the client confidence that it will be kept completely confidential.I then also provide detailed information about the bank products and services to the clients and guide them on the most suited financial option that will meet their requirements.My function is also to makes sure that the applicant has understood all the terms and conditions involved while applying for a home loan. I maintain professional and healthy relationship with the prospective clients which has proven to be of great help when selling additional financial services and products offered by the BetterLife Group.
