I was appointed as the head of Enterprise Portfolio and Information Management in March of 2015 and report to the Chief Information Officer. I have 6 direct reports and my total team consists of 50 people. I am tasked with setting the strategic direction for portfolio and project management as well as information management for the Bank. This entails strengthening the project management capability, implementing portfolio management (including business benefits realisation management) and establishing and operationalising information management. In December of 2015 the Business Intelligence (BI) team similarly became my responsibility.
