Overseeing the risk function (health, safety, environmental, security) for 8 sites across the country in the manufacturing, sawmill and forestry industries (approx. 2100 employees) HSE reporting (DIFR, KPI’s, man-hours, trends, etc.) KPI monitoring for the sites Collaborating with site risk and clinic personnel Monitoring trends and developing system improvements Procedure, standard and policy creation, development and review Risk management and business continuity plans Injury & Incident investigations (RCAT) Site visits for assistance, compliance and investigations Mentoring of new risk personnel Operationalizing new / amended legal requirements Budget preparation, control and presentation
