Network Connections Officer
CurrentCustomer Service Accountability• Providing informational assistance to builders, plumbers, customers and other trade professionals regarding the natural gas connection process • Process applications to provide offer documents and contracts for connecting gas and manage any queries that may arise from these• Following up on quoting and connection time frames to meet specific KPI dead lines and dealing with any issues around this • Liaise with all relevant internal parties to assist in non standard connection issues, queries or system errors (Network Connections, Design, Mapping, Billing and Metering) • Continued fixing of data discrepancies once investigated and confirmed in main frame systems as well as team data base which is important for accurate reporting as well as future marketing • Implement management decisions around customer and contractor dispute resolutions • Provide administrative assistance to marketing manager • Adhering to all Jemena Health, Safety and Environment policies • Health and Safety Representative course completed• CPR and First Aid training completed• Customer service course completedFinancial Accountability• Identifying and implementing most cost effective way to connect customers to natural gas• Investigating, reviewing and following up on customer complaints around connection cost, discrepancies or possible errors • Combining all network development managers data for monthly forecast summary and reporting• Processing of payments and invoices Technology Accountability• Aptitude and extensive experience in GASS, RUGS, NETWPLAY, ELMS, CORDELL and ASAP mainframe systems• Microsoft packages which are mainly used for reporting purposes• Experience in mapping systems HPGL View, Jemena Mains Mapping, NSW Department of land and property information
