Network Connections Officer
Current- Customer Service Accountability
- Providing informational assistance to builders, plumbers, customers and other trade professionals regarding the natural gas connection process
- Process applications to provide offer documents and contracts for connecting gas and manage any queries that may arise from these
- Following up on quoting and connection time frames to meet specific KPI dead lines and dealing with any issues around this
- Liaise with all relevant internal parties to assist in non standard connection issues, queries or system errors (Network Connections, Design, Mapping, Billing and Metering)
- Continued fixing of data discrepancies once investigated and confirmed in main frame systems as well as team data base which is important for accurate reporting as well as future marketing
