About Elizha Corpus

On March 12, 2020, 3 days before the first lockdown in the Philippines brought about by COVID-19, I released one of the first publicly available and free learning sessions on Working in Our Virtual World. This series of workshops was created to provide guidance as individuals, teams, and organizations navigated the uncertainty around them.Since then, I have worked with companies of all sizes and industries, in the Philippines and internationally, to create the organizational culture and work environment they desire.This is aligned with the very purpose that I set out to fulfill when I came back to the Philippines in 2018. Prior to this, I took my MA in Human Resources & Labor Relations at Michigan State University andworked in Microsoft’s headquarters based in Washington State, USA. There, I was part of the Global Learning & Development team that created and curated learning programs for 130,000+ employees all over the world. I was part of initiatives that supported the company’s culture transformation and saw firsthand how organizations can contribute to creating a society where empathy, learning, and inclusion can thrive.
