In this role, I partner with companies & individuals on Culture Transformation initiatives. I specialize in topics such as Strategic HR, Learning & Development, Organization Development, Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, and Self-leadership.Moreover, I also manage the day-to-day running of the firm and develop our team members. I am a lecturer for Management topics, specifically, Leadership, the Organizing function, and Organizational Culture. I lecture for students in their 3rd year of medical school, as well as faculty members doing their certification for their required Leadership and Management course. Over the past year, we have made efforts to get the Management course closer to business-school standards by using a mix of hybrid learning modalities and the case study method.

- Worked on an optimization effort to create consistent onboarding experiences for all Corporate functions, which involves creating a framework that identifies the components of exceptional in-business onboarding - Conducted a study with over 80 HR employees worldwide that was presented to the Leadership Team and used to plan for the future of HR in-business onboarding- Supervised all aspects of onboarding for HR new hires, which involves maintaining and updating current offerings while creating improvements to set better onboarding expectations, to provide better support for the new hires, and to get them more connected to their new organization - Managed the creation of an online training to improve data-driven capabilities for HR professionals - Collected and evaluated data for a learning needs analysis to discover skill gaps in core & common HR capabilities and specific disciplines within the function - Redesigned the HR learning hub pages to display the most critical resources for capability development and enhance users’ learning experience - Implemented technology improvements to the tool that enables employees to have career conversations with senior HR leaders that resulted to process automation and greater participation - Spearheaded having a career conversations program for all of Corporate Functions through using the same technology and process across all groups and creating a toolkit for future program managers - Created activities to increase engagement and learning for virtual attendees of the HR Global Conference – a conference held every two years for over 1,000 HR employees worldwide

- Launched Core Skills site for 130,000 employees worldwide through curating LinkedIn Learning content that are most relevant to support the learning of core and common skills - Program managed the year-long learning journey of High Potential employees through: o Contributing to solution design of the virtual and in-person training sessions o Handling all communications with over 100 program participants and their managers to increase engagement o Conducting interviews with participants to ensure that the program is in line with what the audience needs o Managing relationships with vendors and facilitators on content design, training implementation, and logistics- Involved in creating a new employee learning strategy that will re-imagine how we do onboarding for 20,000 new hires worldwide (average per year) - Evaluated Career-related trainings and resources to make decisions on curating these offerings in our learning systems, and make improvements to provide a better experience for learners- Co-facilitated a training on career and core skills to evangelize resources and continue direct learner engagement

- Served as Assistant Director for the Spring Musical involving 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade students

- Worked in the MSU HRLR Career Development and Placement Office- Assisted in redesigning the onboarding process and creating new workshops that led to increased readiness of new students for their internship recruitment process - Mentored and coached students as a Career Development and Recruitment adviser

- Supported the Customer Service and Support business group as part of the Services HR Team- Participated and added value to the annual rewards process through joining People Discussions, analyzing rewards data, assisting in model completion, and ensuring that appropriate identification and required exception justifications are in place- Developed a podcast for a global manager audience aimed at giving best practices on developing key talents in their team- Built an action plan in the Employee Development focus area as part of a Culture Core Team established to identify and implement initiatives that would make the business group a better place to work for employees

- Managed logistics for the mid-year conference attended by all the Nestlé HR personnel in the country- Designed communication materials to promote Everyday Coaching as a response to the need for employees’ renewed interest in the program- Created an online survey for measuring coaching effectiveness, and updated Leadership Development and Education & Training virtual boards for use and ease of access of the Philippine market- Learned management development programs that led to the creation of unique activities aiming to introduce these concepts to associate-level employees

- Enriched the annual family-day event through introducing new activities for children and recruiting 30 participating companies to join a bazaar for parents and guardians - Learned networking skills through communications with various establishments to organize an annual employee sale of various merchandise, such as gadgets and products for everyday use - Established the theme and logistics of HSBC Live, an important event in the organization where employees showcase their talents through various group-based competitions
