• Handles online interviews on home-based tutors
• Does the confirmation of interview schedule of the home-based applicants
• Handles both group and one-on-one training of qualified applicants
• Responsible in opening ads and vacancies in various SNS sites such as Facebook, Jobstreet, etc.
• Updates several recruitment-related trackers and KPI’s
• Answers recruitment inquiries from applicants and trainees

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological exams and intelligence tests
• Guide applicants regarding the application process
• Prepare forms and contracts for newly hired employees
• Source and do the pooling of qualified applicants through different mediums
• Conduct preliminary interviews of new applicant for background checking
• Conduct initial interviews of applicants before endorsing them to the their designated supervisors
