    In the Interstate Streams Division at the Wyoming State Engineer's Office, I helped execute the State Engineer's Office mission to provide the general supervision and protection of the interstate waters of Wyoming. This is done by assuring compliance with interstate compacts and decrees and by monitoring actions that might impair Wyoming's ability to use its water.Key technical and policy activities that I oversaw included: -- Lead technical advisor to administration of the Yellowstone, Bear and Snake River Compacts.-- Primary Interstate Streams policy representative for the Upper Missouri River Basin and greater Missouri River Basin. --Promotion of interstate comity by facilitating face-to-face meetings, conference calls and webinars with others in Wyoming, our sister states and federal partners. -- Supported Statewide water planning efforts in conjunction with the Wyoming Water Development Commission.-- Conducted technical and policy review for all National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents and federal policy actions pertaining to the State Engineer's Office.In addition to these responsibilities, I served as Wyoming's state representative to the federally-authorized Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee (MRRIC) and serve on the Board of Directors for the Upper Missouri Water Association (UMWA).
