This is done by assuring compliance with interstate compacts and decrees and by monitoring actions that might impair Wyoming's ability to use its water.Key technical and policy activities that I oversaw included: -- Lead technical advisor to administration of the Yellowstone, Bear and Snake River Compacts.-- Primary Interstate Streams policy representative for the Upper Missouri River Basin and greater Missouri River Basin. --Promotion of interstate comity by facilitating face-to-face meetings, conference calls and webinars with others in Wyoming, our sister states and federal partners. -- Supported Statewide water planning efforts in conjunction with the Wyoming Water Development Commission.-- Conducted technical and policy review for all National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documents and federal policy actions pertaining to the State Engineer's Office.In addition to these responsibilities, I served as Wyoming's state representative to the federally-authorized Missouri River Recovery Implementation Committee (MRRIC) and serve on the Board of Directors for the Upper Missouri Water Association (UMWA).
