I started my career as a classroom teacher because I knew I wanted to help people. I quickly learned that impact on scale and mentoring others drives me to success. As a result, I left the classroom for a full time role at Girl Scouts of Northern California, where I proudly managed a team of 75 seasonal staff and served 1600 children annually. In less than a year, I increased the net promotor score of my programs from 50% to 94%. I am grateful for this foundational work experience where I learned problem solving, leadership, and conflict management skills. I transferred these skills into #techsales because I crave a place of work that is challenging and fast paced. I am coachable and receptive to feedback. I know these are 2 strengths that are necessary to shine in #SDR roles. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am an avid reader and love to learn more about making outdoor spaces and public lands equitable and inclusive for all.
