On-Line Gamers Anonymous is a self-help group. We share our experience, strengths and hope to help and support each other recover and heal from problems resulting from excessive game playing, whether it be computer, video, console, or on-line. Our community includes Recovering gamers (OLGA® members), Family members, loved ones, friends, concerned others (OLG-Anon members), and those who inform and reach out to others (Outreach). We know how powerful, cunning, baffling and destructive excessive game playing can be, to some. It can be devastating to the real-world lives of gamers and to those close to them. OLGA®, OLG-Anon and Outreach provides resources for open discussion, support, information and professional referrals. We advocate and provide a 12-Step Program of recovery.

Since 1986 I have been a landlord. I have found tenants and rented properties that I purchased, maintained the buildings, kept accounting records. I was asked by our village to develop a 5 acre lot I owned. I creaetd a condominium with 18 building sites. The development I did, included acquiring approvals from the town board and citizens of the village, worked with surveyor on best lot design for the land, I custom designed the housing units to fit the lots, hired a building contractor to assist with building the homes, created the association, declaration and by-laws, worked with the realtor to sell the homes.
