As the Finnish word and our name suggest, Jouten and its products are created in celebration of the "unoccupied" state of mind.

Designed and validated business models, value propositions, value chains, and profit mechanisms for private and public sector companies. Internal responsibilities included building and tracking team’s learning and development, and managing our constantly evolving knowledge database.

Worked in a development team at TV2’s marketing department. Projects included content and marketing campaign planning with an aim to make the channel more attractive for teens and young adults. Main outcome was a redesign of the channel's weekend program plan.
