As a Seneca Autism & Behavioural Science Program Advisory Committee (PAC) I work together with other community members and the PAC members to provide valuable insight to Seneca's faculty, curriculum and ultimately graduates. The committee works together to ensure high-quality programs that not only contribute to the success of students and graduates, but also serve the needs of employers and the community.

My current role as a Co-Owner is to support organizational growth. I help oversee the operations and help with the organization's growth strategy, marketing strategy as well as building partnerships within the community.The AC Family Room is a hub for families - for play, learning & development. It encourages children, including those with diverse learning needs, to participate with their parents and peers through creative play and exploration.It provides parents and caregivers the opportunity to connect with others, develop skills through group opportunities, workshops and coaching, and obtain resources for various stages of parenthood. It also provides a familiar space for private parties and community get-togethers. Lastly, and perhaps the biggest inspiration for the space.The AC Family Room houses therapeutic services including ABA and promotes generalization of skills through naturalistic opportunities within its setting and with other peers.

My current role as a Director is to help support organizational growth and development of the team. I help oversee the operations department as well as support the Clinical Director in the management of clinical team members and supporting the client experience. I help the organization with its marketing strategy, diversity and equity strategy as well as partnership and community outreach strategy. Always Connected Treatment Network (ACTN) is an interdisciplinary therapeutic centre supporting children, youth and adults within the Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton, Calendon), Greater Hamilton Region (East Hamilton, West Hamilton, Waterdown, Flamborough, Dundas, Stoney Creek) and surrounding communities including Halton Region (Burlington, Milton and Oakville).As a centralized hub of resources, our services provide virtual and in-person support to individuals and their families through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological Services, Psychotherapy, Caregiver Collaboration and Community Outreach.

- Design individualized services plans for client-centred learning that include skill acquisition programs and behaviour reduction protocols - Oversee program implementation by Instructor Therapists - Provide parent training and educator training on behaviour principles - Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals including psychologists, speech Therapists, occupational Therapists, educators and families

Delivering Intensive Behavioural Intervention (IBI) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders through the DFO stream of the Autism Intervention Program. Additionally, providing Applied Behaviour Analysis service to individuals diagnosed with ASD and/or developmental delay through 1:1 therapy. Developing programming and leading small groups including the Kindergarten Readiness Program, Academic Skills Program and Social Skills Development Program.

Directly supporting individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities/dual-diagnosis within an independent living setting. Delivering individualized behavioural intervention and management support plans.

Providing assistance in ASD social skills groups under supervision of a team of BCBA and Behaviour Therapists

Worked with children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Global Developmental Delays, Celebral Palsy, Acquired Brain Injuries and Downs Syndrome. Created and implemented individualized intervention programs designed to improve physical abilities and social behaviours.
