The World-Coop Program supports the sustainable development goals of the UN and the EU while respecting the fundamental rights of individuals, peoples and nature. It is involved in the co-construction of a network of shared peer-to-peer collaborative digital platforms on a common standard across all domains and countries.It aims at the individual-collective empowerment of socio-ecological action capacities and the democratic control of new digital commons of the Internet revolution (big data, private data, artificial intelligence, connected objects, blockchains, etc.). It is supported by the LUSTIC (Living lab Socio-Technological Uses Innovation Cooperation) in partnership with the Laboratoire Economix University Paris Nanterre, the LUTIN (Uses Laboratory in Digital Information Technologies) and the Unitwin UNESCO CS-DC Program (Complex System - Digital Campus) bringing together one hundred and twenty universities on five continents. It articulates two entities of French law with a European and international vocation around an ethical, social and ecological Charter: 1) World-Coop Lab, associative market place developing an advanced ecosystem of exchanges and socio-digital services;2) World-Coop Consortium, cooperative of collective interest federating their designers, producers and other stakeholders. It is intended for all interested actors, whether territorial or sectoral, social, private or public, productive or educational, cultural or scientific.It proposes a research action long-term cooperative training on the needs and foresight of new forms of socio-economic governance more democratic at all levels. It expects local reinforcement of potential citizens for action, self-organization, participation, creation, production, inclusion and resilience in the face of the challenges of the digital economy, the knowledge society and global, climatic or other changes.

Networking of digital companies in Gard, promotion of areas of excellence, communications with companies in other sectors, work with the student world and start-ups. garDigital builds the mesh of the territory and brings its actors closer together.
