Member of LBG's Water and Environmental Systems Practice Group (Water & Environment) Project roles included advisory services, litigation support, public outreach for Superfund, environmental planning, and technical writing/editing. These projects required frequent interface with multiple federal and state agencies with jurisdictional authority or special expertise with respect to environmental issues.

Specialization in policy analysis, public outreach, and environmental and social impact assessment (ESIA). Supported several public sector clients, including the Philadelphia International Airport and the Department of Streets. Responsible for analysis, master plan and report preparation, technical scoping, and making recommendations regarding diverse and complex planning assignments (including transportation, land use, economic development, and environmental sectors). Provided quality control and quality assurance (QA/QC) reviews and guidance of proposals and submissions.

Verification System Development for the Mississippi Department of Information Technology (ITS) (DC)Under a contract with the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), developed a work plan, deliverable schedule, quality assurance program, and budget for a State-to-State Verification System. The system was designed to bring the State of Mississippi into compliance with federal information security regulation.Curriculum Development for the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council (MSSC) under a Department of Labor Grant (VA) Supported university level curriculum development for a new Green Production Module. Researched existing regulatory frameworks, conducted literature reviews, and performed data analysis. Course content addressed the following topics: safe handling of hazardous materials, evaluation of transportation modes, lean manufacturing processes, third party verification, and environmental management systems. Reviewed and edited existing course materials for the following modules: Safety, Quality Practices & Measurement, Manufacturing Production & Processes, and Maintenance Awareness. On call Support, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) (DC)Provided on call support to USAID in the following areas: technical writing and editing, curriculum development, employee training, and policy development. Infrastructure Needs Program, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) (West Bank) Provided consulting services for a U.S. $300M aid program that addressed critical infrastructure needs in the Palestinian Territories (i.e., water resources development, school reconstruction, and road reconstruction and rehabilitation). Responsible for government liaison, training, technical writing, and issue advocacy.

Served in a business development role, responsible for lead generation, prospect development, proposal management, and negotiations with a diverse, international client portfolio.
