High-impact projects include:- Worked with the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership to develop affordable housing and employment strategies for local residents. Managed long-term multi-stakeholder planning processes with 30+ public, private and nonprofit organizations; performed research and data analysis; raised funds; developed a new nonprofit organization; developed public policy agenda; new program design and implementation.- Designed a workforce/local hire initiative for the City of Atlanta's Dept. of Watershed Management linking green infrastructure investments to resident employment outcomes.- Managed the strategic integration of the Partnership for Southern Equity and EcoDistricts, a regional nonprofit focused on racial equity and a national nonprofit focused on sustainable urban development.- Authored successful $12 million grant for Enterprise Community Partners to the Annenberg Foundation to support a comprehensive revitalization in the Mechanicsville neighborhood.- Evaluated and made recommendations for the restructuring of the Neighborhood Grants Program for the Community Foundation of Greater Atlanta.- Designed local Affordable Housing Trust Fund for the City of Atlanta, including administrative structure, investment and targeting policies, and funding sources.- Developed recommendations for the "greening" of the community lending and public policy initiatives of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership.- Designed and implemented a technical assistance initiative for the National Association of County and City Health Officials that brought best practices in built environment and health issues to NACCHO membership.
