Executive Director of ARHF, a nonprofit dedicated to building healthy communities in Metro Atlanta by integrating public health issues into local and regional planning. - Revised strategic plan to develop programmatic framework for ARHF. - Developed community forums on issues related to the built environment and health. - Partnered with the Center for Disease Control and Georgia State University to develop the Healthy Homes research project focused on the health benefits of green/energy-efficient housing. - Worked with the Atlanta Regional Commission to incorporate health impacts into regional planning efforts. - Coordinated with Georgia Municipal Association and Association of County Commissioners of Georgia to incorporate health and built environment modules into member education.

- Coordinated technical assistance for metro-Atlanta Community Development Corporations (CDC) on board development, strategic planning, neighborhood planning, resource development, and other project-specific issues. - Lead staff for public policy at ANDP. As the first Senior Planner dedicated to housing for Jackson, MS, I oversaw all program development and policy related to housing for the City of Jackson. - Developed the City's HUD award-winning home-ownership initiative, the Affordable Housing Auction. - Authored the 1997 update of the Housing Element of the City's Comprehensive Plan. - Managed the City's Land Bank in partnership with local housing nonprofits. - Provided technical assistance in strategic planning, program development and grant writing to local nonprofit housing organizations. - Developed state legislation related to housing. - Coordinated with Mayor's office on housing policy issues.
