Om de vooruitgang en daarmee onze stijgende lijn vast te houden, vind ik het belangrijk dat je jezelf blijft ontwikkelen. Als verandering noodzakelijk is om dat te bereiken, is daarvoor open staan essentieel. En bij deze veranderingen horen dingen die soms lastig zijn, maar zonder frictie geen glans. En die veranderingen vinden niet alleen plaats op het persoonlijke vlak, maar ook organisatorisch. Zo is verandering ook merkbaar in onze processen en creëert deze weer nieuwe (positieve) energie.
