Perform maintenance and outage planning and scheduling activities that include material requisitioning, manpower estimating, job standards, preventive and predictive maintenance, and equipment cost estimating. Support clients in the take-over of equipment and systems for commissioning following the successful mechanical completion and subsequent pre-commissioning activities. Leading all service & supply chain operations in the Caspian region, to ensure timely and effective maintenance in accordance with established schedules, quality, cost and time objectives. Maintain regular contact with key contracted customers to identify the customer’s requirements and analyze their demands to deliver & implement gap closure plans.

Working as part of the Quality team during construction phase of the topside structural and piping fabrication for offshore, covering all aspects of certification compilation in accordance with ASME standards. Control what NDT is required for each pipe line as per specifications. Ensure all QC requirements applicable to a Hydro Test Pack, fully completed and approve prior to release for test. Verification that Reinstatement has been completed (Punch List clearance) in accordance with the project drawings and specification. Adjustment FCN, SEQ, DVR into the system and define any process changes that could affect piping integrity. Enter in the QCS RT, Heat Treatment & UT Reports. Supporting the daily activities of Clerks and Welding Inspectors. Verify WPS (welding procedure) and Welder qualification provided in welding reports. Produce reports as required for Management.

Responsible for developing a complete set of detailed sleeving and coordination CAD drawings for project using mechanical contract documents. Participated in the oversight and on-site inspection of all construction equipment & materials. Prepare pre-job planning sheet. Prepare list of materials and cost calculations for the projects involving construction, fabrication and equipment installation. Scheduling material, equipment purchases and delivery for relevant projects. Participate in the weekly construction progress meetings. Planning ahead to prevent problems on site before they occur. Attend subject matter weekly and monthly performance reviews with Installation Contractor

Plans and manages HSE programs. Drives the achievement of an Interdependent HSE Culture to ensure employees are accountable and responsible for health, safety and environmental conditions and practices. Develops procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements. Prepare HSE Plan required by projects. Conduct corporate HSE audits on various project HSE management systems. Implementation and audit HSE action regarding OHSAS standards. Monitor environmental compliance & permits

• Preparing Mechanical Completion (MC) and Discipline Mechanical Completion (DMC) Packages, check Limit drawigs to be sure all tags are in the right Sub-Systems.Printing (through GOC-Go completion electronic completion database (QEDI)) the Component Report, Detailed Punch List, Management Of Change Report, Preservation Report, Detailed Filtered Report. • Requests redline as-built drawings (Topside/drilling) from construction department.• Arranging all the necessary documentation for Tri-party walk down (internal punch list (PL) information, As-built drawings, sub-system limit drawings and Vendor drawings).• Review of Master as-built prepared by against site builds and as per approved Management of Change (MOC) and Construction Change Notice (CCN). it’s correct and can be submitted to the client for review and approval. • Make sure all red line mark-up information is transferred onto the Master As-Built drawing.• Ensure all permanent works are installed with relevant design drawings, specifications and requirements ahd that all approved changes to the design have been incorporated into the works.• Responsible for the handover final (Multi Discipline) As built drawings to the contractor (BP)• Provide necessary support for Discipline Commissioning Engineer during the review of the As Built drawings received.

• Review and verify the installed components against the approved design.• Monitor and supervise the mechanical installation, maintenance, preservation and operation of equipment (pressure reducing valve, pressure gauges, valves). • Design, sketching and preparation of drawings for relevant projects.• Organize and execute on-site maintenance jobs.• Review test reports concern to gas measuring equipment. • Work closely with the Construction Superintendents to ensure that the contractors produce the required quality of work in line with the Projects drawings and specifications.• Participate and be wetness of pipeline inspection.

Calibration of industry and domestic (Types of gas meters: diaphragm, turbine, rotary, orifice) gas meters fabricated by companies Elster-Instromet, Shlumberger and Romet limited on the calibration rig Shlumberger and Bpg.
