I worked in the Business Insurance division in Travelers. I created availability diagrams for 30+ applications by using reverse engineering techniques. I performed high level overview of all the applications that the Production Delivery department supports and designed architecture diagrams for all of them. I also converted applications from .NET1.0 to .NET4.0 platform by using Visual Studio built-in wizard and VB.NET

I designed a new workflow management system using Visio and implemented the new system using SharePoint, Access and SQL to improve efficiency and minimize redundancy.

I worked in the Availability team in the Infrastructure division in Travelers. I designed and implemented a solution to convert multiple databases from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Sharepoint. I performed system enhancements by optimizing SQL statements and creating new views in Cognos based on business requirements. I also supported the reporting system to implement requests and ensure data accuracy.
