Every summer I volunteer as a Team Leader at The Coastlands. I am in charge of a group of 8-10 girls ranging in ages 6-12 years old. A month before the event, I attend meetings, plan lessons, and create team signs. During the week of VBS I work from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. I lead the girls in lessons every day, keep them on schedule, and resolve any conflicts.
