As Sergeant at Arms, I manage attendance for Chapter meetings of Alpha Phi Omega, ensuring that members stay on track by monitoring their participation and helping them stay informed if they miss any meetings. I am also in charge of ensuring the executive board gets along and is productive.

Team Lead of Operations oversees about 25 consultants that work at either of the two Maker Hub locations on campus. I will work with the staff to create and organize their schedules using "Teams" and "Sling". I will also be in charge of monitoring student performance. Additionally, I will lead the hiring process by formulating a timeline and managing the logistics. Along with these individual jobs, I will also be working with the three other Team Leads to co-plan and lead weekly all-staff meetings.

- Train to use and provide technical assistance to Elon faculty, staff, and students on various tools such as 3D printers, laser engravers, embroidery/sewing machines, vinyl cutter, and saws. - Lead orientations, workshops, and events to introduce the Maker Hub to new users and improve their skills. - Maintain a safe environment by ensuring users follow safety instructions and are properly trained on the space’s tools and equipment. Specialized in sewing machine upkeep, troubleshooting, and training. Worked on various projects day to day for the benefit and improvement of the space

As an LLA, I work with Danieley Neighborhood faculty to cultivate an intellectual neighborhood that motivates students to build relationships and deepen their academic experience.
