I helped to build their personal statements, improve their interview skills and give them a realistic but enthusiastic approach to the career. I also had opportunities for professional skills development, such as communication, leadership and teamwork by being involved in a variety of events such as: leading an interview weekend, assisting at summer school, presenting to secondary schools, social media appearances, as well as speaking at conferences and on our VetMentor podcast.
