Trustworthy, creative, organized apparel production graduate as well as creator. Currently looking for a full-time position in the Fashion Industry or Event Planning and am willing to relocate. I have a BS in Apparel Production with an option in Global Management from Cal Poly Pomona. Learning new technology is one of my many strengths, and my skillset includes over 4 years of Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel. I am interested in a position that will teach me new technology to help aid in my professional skillset. Studying abroad in Florence, Italy in the Summer of 2019 for the Italian Fashion Trend Forecasting gave me a new outlook on how trend forecasting can be different in various regions around the world. The experience of the Gucci Gardens, and the Pitti Filati Trade Show in June 2019 for my course material gave me a newfound love for vintage designer, and made me interested in Luxury Authentication and Blockchain. I am very interested in relocating for a career or traveling for work.I Interned at Lefty Production Co. in downtown Los Angeles helping with the fashion production processes in 2021. I really enjoyed the project aspect of the internship, and being part of a team. I had the opportunity to experience how to deal with the production or manufacturing process of the fashion industry and help with errands for fabrics, and trims. I decided to stay for one month after my internship ended, being the only paid intern with Lefty Production at the time.I am looking for a creative role and a full-time position that will give me the basic skills to grow into a professional in the industry. Communicating effectively with superiors, colleagues, customers, vendors, artists, or clients, is something that I understand is crucial for a streamlined workflow and to meet your deadlines. Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment is where I do best. I have over 5 years of customer service experience, marketing, and collaborative problem-solving. I have worked as an event planner, managing a team of five or more people to ensure events run smoothly, as well as communicating via email with various artists and vendors for ASI CPP.
