Marketing Director for YTS LLC managing Southside Garage and Undeclared. I manage all social media platforms relating to the business, curate posts and graphics for promotional purposes, collaborate with outside organizations to plan and execute events, and advise on creative decisions in relation to new drinks, events, marketing promotions, and much more.

As a bartender at Undeclared, I craft thousands of drinks per night based on demand, my individual gross sales are over $35,000 per month, I communicate with customers in a friendly manner to provide excellent customer service, and I take pride in providing proper risk management based on customer actions. I started the position in collaboration with the management team to create an additional bar space within the existing building. This project not only substantially increased sales within the business, but it gave and continues to give bartenders the opportunity for work. Furthermore, because of my hard work and dedication to this position, I was given the opportunity to be the Marketing Director of the business as well as an administrative role within the company.

The bartending position that taught me the skills I have today and grew my passion for the bar industry. I was responsible for crafting various drinks based on demand, I had gross sales of over $4500 alone per night, I communicated with customers in a friendly manner to provide excellent customer service, and I provided proper risk management based on customer actions. This position taught me to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments. We served thousands of people per night and this position allowed me the opportunity to grow as a skilled and experienced bartender.

My first bartending job. I began this position the summer going into my sophomore year of college. I worked behind the bar in the clubhouse as well as on the golf course as a beverage cart girl. I was responsible for crafting various drinks based on demand, operating and driving a beverage golf cart around the course to mix and serve drinks, communicating with customers in a friendly manner to provide excellent customer service, and selling store merchandise, tee times, course condos, and other related products and services. This position sparked my love for bartending and ignited my career in the bar industry.
