I work as a data validator for Morrison Water Services, I solve complex issues and communicate clearlyWith my team, and management.I have recently started my new role as a data validator, it’s something i thoroughly enjoy. I have a diploma of education in business administration and management from Colchester Institute, where I learned the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and customer relations. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and creating positive customer experiences. I am also motivated to improve my skills and grow my career in the customer service industry.I’m a completely remote-disabled/neurodiverse employee, I have abilities to learn fast, and effectively, my current role has taught me a multitude of skills, I didn’t realise I had. I was mentoring the new agents when they joined our team, and helped them/guided them to be the best they can be.
