I am currently working at Small Steps Day Nursery in West Kirby, working with children aged 0-4 years. I worked as a teaching assistant for a dance school. I assisted the dance teacher with the weekly dance classes, working with children from 3 years to 11 years and also occasionally with the over 50s class. I worked alongside the dance teacher and also take small groups and work with them by myself. I taught dance techniques and exercises and also help to choreograph dances. Part of my role includes taking attendance registers for classes and answering queries from, and liaising with, parents. I also work with the dance teacher to plan and execute the final dance performance each year, including practical administration of the theatre production and costume organisation.
