In Jan 2006 I attended the political office of Malcolm Turnbull. He was my local federal political office holder. I sought political asylum. I spoke to AFP investigators in 2004 about AIPM AFP procurement corruption and other events of serious 'abuse of powers', sexual harassment and attacks upon me and my projects within the AFP workplace. I was not supported. My material was suppressed and I was ostracized and then EXILED from NSW. Then the BALONEY of vexatiously biased bullies was made to pad files, to cripple my career and try (criminally) to harm me. The third -party set is STILL not charged.
Turnbull was a mate of my estranged adoptive family (since early 1970s) and DID NOT HELP ME. I was 'out-of-favour' and likely also based on bullies and their untrue hearsay. I had reported rape done to me since 1983. The rapists sought ways to fling THEIR cruel mud at me ... and they swoon about as "untouchable. Their meddling became my living nightmare and the group just kept trying again and again. Little individual me has survived their harms (from their set of orchestrated political heavies).
Turnbull and the PM's through the decades KNEW. They all knew those who attacked me, and I was actively 'silenced'. I was "just a single woman taking a job that could go to a man".
Apparently is is also that I am "too ethical and too moral" and "your face" and "your blood that STILL runs in your veins". I've been told many times that it was all politically motivated due to my DNA.

Identity theft is the lifetime harm done upon me by a set of third party persons who also suppressed my birth origin.
There were no ID papers for me as a child. Their hurdles and barriers made to prevent me knowing the truth of from who and where and when my life was so altered.

DNA material on international genetic mapping tools verify that I was in the wrong family, matching verbal comments saying that I had been 'swapped'.
DNA genome codes are digital representations of the protein patterns coded into our chromosomes, and this mapping and matching is proving most interesting results.

The very serious thing is that predators knew I was isolated from my people. Uing vexatious and malicious behaviour they took opportunity to forge my signature, lie and slander ... to advantage their crimes and cover-ups. My human rights were violated, and so I was sabotaged by ego-led crooks. However I am no longer 'completely alone' now.

Truths WILL always emerge. The four+ decades of crimes done upon me will get exposed. Even though I have been prevented voice, safety, marriage, motherhood, and recent employment this life journey WILL be told, and the baloney the predators put onto ADMIN files WILL be seen as the cover-up / fraud which it is, completely. They will be named and shamed.

And why was it done?
I'm told it was all about my 'bloodline', my excellent ethics, my morals, and the smile on my face.
I reported men who raped me and police mocked me.
They set about their vengeance to "punish" me. It is not MY shame.
And the horrible series of their lies and their recruitment of new attackers, and their lies to police. Their mountain of fallacies incited hatred at me, all lame excuses to try erode my peace. They caused poverty by their series of lies and robberies one after the other ... those predators lying in their 'collaborative' statements.

Now I am finding my real people.

My home and all I owned has been stolen.

My name is Lucinda Jane. I had no surname in the 1970s. My host family (the Bartram's) "loaned" me theirs.
In July 2011 my name was changed under extreme duress. In 2016 Roger Bartram told me he was never my father and that I was taken to Australia as a baby "to hide you from Europe".
What I owned a decade ago is stolen from me, including house & contents, and my identity.
This calculated sabotage to my life is now medically documented, with proofs of my career history ... something the bullies tried to ridicule using the mental health act and ABUSES OF POLICE POWERS.

FOI data reveals that certain of my ex-AFP colleagues and politicians led a scam to try erase my identity. They stop my career resuming or ANY employment or a safe residence.

The harms they boasted to me, this set of bullies, is that they are hiding my birth identity and hiding me. The matter is political. It also involved meddling by religious 'leaders', as I won't join.
The surnames on my DNA data shows my relatives. This includes the Spencer and Miller families. At the workplace at Sydney Grammar School and then the AFP (so long ago) the harassers called me "blue-blood", and "Princess". Who knows ?
In 2006 a male called Joachim arrived to the bar the Slip Inn (in Sydney) with a Tasmania woman called Mary. I was already there with a friendly male called Fred (who had asked to take me to Denmark as his wife). I was punched in my chest by the woman called Mary from Tasmania. Fred had a physical scuffle with Joachim. It has all be very nasty at me since that day in Sept 2000.

I am an ex-AFP employee raising awareness of our national cultural issues. I started my work in the 1980s, unfortunately as a child and teenage (victim).
At the International Women In Policing Conference (Canberra 2002) I spoke my pledge to help other victims. I was than a trainer of Executive Leadership, as Coordinator Professional Development at the Australian Institute of Police Management, and Deputy to the Director. Art making has always been a part of my life.
Making a visual response to life is what I do, as like a news illustrator sketches images for print.
Works are in private collections and in storage in NSW ('somewhere' are vast holdings of my work).
Initial artworks were of all of nature, encyclopedias & story books. There was no electricity in the home or television. Before art electives at school art making was self-directed with imagery sourced from antique illustrated books & nature. At school an interest was developed in enlarging the mircoscopic, such as cell mitochondria. Colour was a feature. Skills were gained to colour-mix paint hues without ever again using black. An early technique was pointillism. Arthur Boyd (artist) showed interest in my work in the early 1980s, in Nowra.
Interest emerged for portraiture, analyzing visual biometrics. I am different in appearance to the Bartram family who brought me to Australia in the early 1970s. An interest emerged to try understand why?
I categorize works between super-realism, pattern-work & stylized design.
My skills were developed in all art forms, especially illustration, painting, photography, graphics/ printing, textiles/applique/embroidery, ceramics, sculpture, set & visual design, & much more.
In 2006, after DNA forensic presentations in my AFP workplace at the AFP, I became interested again in facial biometrics; inherited personality traits;the Epigenetic aspects of PSTD post-traumatic stress disorder of the victims of crime & trauma; then how toxic environmental agents / toxic personality-types in society impact health. I developed art therapy workshops to assist those in need of recovery, using art as a tool to un-stress.
What started as a passion for art & science evolved into works looking at core themes (from 1981 till today) of chromosomes, family heritage, neurons/memory/talents/genetic codes, fertility & the human tree of life, sociology, connection to nature, nurturing, fertility & 'motherhood'.

Survivor of 33years attacks upon me by a set linked to Buddhism, as I refuse to join, and I am survivor of a lifetime of attacks upon me from their male and female members.

The bullies led unlawful collapse of my temporary accommodations and this was added to their decade of vexatious slurs that has crushed my career. Their motive is to deny me my career so that I cannot afford the basic funds for survival ... this keeping me forcibly vulnerable and in way of new harms from their network.

A older woman named Kathy D***** approached me offering 'survivor advicacy' and yet she was duplicitous. She approached me also from a Paddington NSW Real estate agency (her daughter who was linked to the church group active in sabotaging me and placing bullies into my Mollymook house, to prevent me returning there).
Kathy sabotaged me trying to store my things, then she damaged these at her house.

Kathy told me that she had drugged by tea so that she could have me collected by her existential mentor ... this being the SAME WOMAN whom I had escaped torture in 2011.
When I escaped Kathy, after her physical harms to me (causing me internal bleeding),
she then contacted authorities and medical to try sully my reputation ... this Kathy said she marketed herself as victim protector to get close to survivors and that she might "get a gun an shoot (and she rattled off a list of names of survivors including me)".

Kathy gleefully told me that she was of a set being paid to sabotage survivors and to cover their tracks they were posing as helpers. She said that she has contacts inside the Royal Commission Into Institutional responses to Child Sexual Assault ... her set seeking out survivors to silence survivors.
Recently Kathy has been threatening me and other survivors and their helpers with defamation actions. She claims she MUST be allowed to have contact with survivors, as her human right.

Kathy listed in correct detail unspoken attacks which I had previously suffered.

First employed in this capacity in 1995. Most recently worked for EOI: February 2015.

With concern for the vexatious use of hearsay, to prevent carriage of malicious use and abuse of systemic processes, I proposed changes to the ACT. My contribution was to require provision of a signatures for informants to accept responsibility for their allegations about people nominated for mental assessment. This was a concern due to the sometimes improper use of the ACT for defamation and vilification / victimization by divorce or other partners, or estranged family, or any unscrupulous employer HR actions or insurance companies, etc. It was previously too easy and unaccountable for offender(s) of violence, defamation, and domestic violence to slur the character of an innocent target person (the PINOP). E.g. the crime of willful misuse of the Act.
On 28 June 2013, the Honourable Lawrence Springborg MP, Minister for Health, announced a review of the Mental Health Act 2000. The appointed Director of the QLD review team was Paul Sheehy.

Held by locked screen gate in an apartment in Annerley.
This man was in daily phone contact with attackers from NSW (men linked between the 1980s till 2013).
This man hacked my computer, phone, emails, and stole my ID. I was attacked for a prolonged time as he was causing me artificial sleep by placing something in my mint teabags (he boasted). He pulverised my head with his fists to cause me to lose consciousness. Though I did escape and immediately went to police of assistance these detective unbelievably told me that they refused to support me as I was believing my self an ex-employee of the AFP at the AIPM.
I was visibly bruise QLDPOL denied me any forensic pathology. This man dislocated my neck ... which remained untreated until Christmas 2016.

The detective told me that she would prevent me any future employment and told me to forget that I had ever owned any house, or anything. She told me that I could forget my dreams of marriage or children, as she (repeated Nixon from 2002 at the AIPM) "your bloodline cannot continue".

The attacker fallacious claimed himself a boyfriend/lover/ client ... with him knowing very clearly that I reject all his advances and I had been his trapped beaten-up prisoner. Late Dec 2016 he stalked me through shops in Brisbane City. He has been pestering me by email to try get my location, including property and identity theft.
He boasted in 2013 being part of rapist set with police mates that for money let bullies remain protected and "above the law". I'm told it's a lucrative international industry.
He and his sports-linked / NIDA connected group are currently still at large in the community :-(

Sadly I am denied assistant from the Ombo or AFP or the PM or AHRC or Amnesty International, etc. But then back in 2002 these sexual attacks on me were assisted by AFP AIPM staff :-(

Attacked in myplaces of residence by intruders who also had my renatl lease cancelled,
they also have my ocupancy of the Mollymok house blcoked. I have never been allowed to live there or have any control over that property.

A serial attacker took over my tax accounts in 2005. The same set led to the change of my name by Deed Poll, with one of their group (attacking me in 1991) employed in the Dept of the Attorney General, & another in legal Aid. Many of these attacker had moved into police and aligned roles from where they had power to 'work the system' again me so to prevent me escaping their group.

The Blue Mountains set were involved in torture to me. They attempted hypnosis including forced sessions at the Vajrayana Institute. There I was victim of women I'd met in my toddler years (who I report to the Royal Commission, yet am ignored). I had also met followers of this (pseudo-religious) political set in my teens when the 33 years of attacks at me intensified on me one birthday.
It is their 'happiness' hat I was tortured and humiliated by them, yet I refused to join their ways.
Thus this set used their medical and psychiatry network to trump-up allegations about me so to deny me my freedom and all that I owned. They had demanded that I sign over all I owned and I refused. So they found new ways to take from me and to hit me with fallacious cruel slander.
I was 'held against my will' by leaders of this international network (friends of my estranged step-father) and my ex-contacts of the AIPM.

FOI material shows that when I escaped my captors they made character slurs to NSWPOL.
Sadly my singular word was suppressed when weighted to their group. I was denied my human rights and branded by creative lies from colluding tormentors / sexual predators.
Their set continues to stalk me in the community in early 2017, a series of new harms to me in QLD from other linked members of the D. L. movement.
They changed my name to 'ELLA', their disgusting ritual act.

A third-party sexual predator set led career saboteur upon me. Those property thieves ran a scam upon me to try erase my life and my career, and removal of all my possessions and resources to "burn your bridges".
The group included a set of computer programmers/hackers, actors, and rapists.
They were connected to a certain set senior government, admin and 'leadership' persons, medical and policing - an internal government drug-trafficking network.
They made false administration files entries. I was inappropriately branded according to their creative DEFAMATION.
Their set included management of prostitution, thus to try tarnish ME they led cruel character assassination upon me ... fallaciously alleging a my business analysis and support label 'Executive Balance'.
It was known in the police industry that I am advocate for preserving 'traditional marriage' and preventing predators push women into sexual services. I observed that prostitution slurs were routinely imposed upon rape victims (and that the industry in general included certain 'bad' duplicitous NSW police).
So in trying to get safe from the predatory criminals I was set-up by them for their taking-over and ruin of my life, and my total inability to raise prosecution about the VERY linked set of predators attacking me. Their set included cycle,truck, taxi, boating and airline lies of drug managers and their mules. In 2014 one of their set (who bullied me) was arrested for that activity and murder. In 2013 the daughter of one of my witnesses was shot. The dad was too fearful for the lives of his family to reveal senior government men and women at the top of the 'pyramid' of crime. I have been harmed as I know names, and as I always said "no" to ever joining their industry. So they repeat raped me instead and stripped me of all that I required for my survival, and that set took away my scope to become a mother. Their attack at me from onset of this (2001) has not been addressed or corrected (now 2017).

Invited back to UNSW COFA in 2012 by Head of School Kim Snepvangers so to tutor trainee-teacher internships withing school. Role was delayed only due to 'harassment' occurring in the community and blockages to Lucinda accessing her own house at Mollymook. The role was then commenced while Lucinda was house-sitting in the Blue Mountains.
Lucinda was also in consultation for commencing PHD studies with UNSW COFA which has been on the table since 1989. Lucinda's tropic was to look at art in hospitals for staff and visitor health.
In 1989 Lucinda was noted in writing by UNSW COFA (by Coordinator Doug Walker, course in BEd) "with your commitment and professional approach you have exceeded the expectations of the internship ... evidence of your application and thoroughness"."Your project is well conceived and executed ... the project was sensitively developed and presented." This led to Lucinda soon being invited to train other teachers by: Doug Walker; Graeme Sullivan; and Kim Snepvangers. This adjunct role continued into 1999, until Lucinda entered a 'Master' role at Sydney Grammar School. This included her work in the 'Gateway' magazine in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
Lucinda held a dedicated role in the training of teachers, mainly in the area of Visual Arts, commenced in 1991. This developed into a very steady pattern of the delivery of workshops in-conjunction with the University of Sydney, and University of Technology Sydney, and primarily with the College of Fine Arts (Paddington NSW). From this professional experience Lucinda was invited to the Board of the Art Education Society of NSW, and the Curriculum Corporation.

My method featured on the notion of 'switching on' or 'switching off' thought types, to consciously choose and select behaviour and responses to stimuli. This developed from my reading into the emerging science of brain and DNA 'Epigentics marker tags' that I had learned of at the AIPM, when an AFP employee. I developed a leadership training tool building upon level so of choice, this conceptualized in my lectures as a spiral of transformational change with a mid-way fulcrum in contrast to transactional black/white terms of dealing with recindivism and reform of social disorder. My prior work at the AIPM was to steer and support senior leaders. My personal business looked at the 'health of the business and the people', the flow-on to family structures, engagement with the community, available private or government services, diet and fitness, social language, and their relationships with colleagues and competitors. The aim was to minimize the incidence of leader burn-out, and any transfer of strain and trauma upon family (etc).

Business development of future directions for the development of SBAT (School-Based Apprenticeship Training) programs linking local Aboriginal youth to accelerated employment access into NSW Police, National Parks and Wildlife, and other paid work. My specific research work and documentation was the scoping study presented to the NSW Premier Natasha Stot Despoja (politician Australian Democrats), via Wayne Deddon of 'CORPORATE CONNEXIONS'. Wayne, previously a NSW Police Superintendent, was twice my students at the Australian Institute of Police Management, at Manly NSW. My BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND PLANNING work led to the MURRA program becoming the highest funded Aboriginal community training initiative in the history of government.

I was held in a locked villa by the ex-lease (Peter C.) and his mates. He had kept a key.
Peter was still in the maritime and ADF industry, and was shifting his career into accounting and real estate. He was the relative of one of the favoured guest lecturers tot he AIPM. He was 'untouchable' when I attempted to report the horrific rapes.

In 2005 - 2010 I reported in dismay to the office of my local MP Malcolm Turnbull that I could nod get police to take any statement from me. Unbelievably NSWPOL at Waverley told me that my AFP employment history was a "mental health delusion" ! But then, Turnbull was that old mate of my estranged adoptive mum, sister and step-dad, and those who attack me.

These are men and women who later emerged as character witness against me when I attempted to report matters to police. A direct result of these attackers being from 'well-to-do' Sydney family linked to the judicial and police industries, my suffering became their sport and with zero consequences of criminal charges upon their club members. This set (most in government jobs) told me "you must LIKE being raped because you refuse to suicide ... so will will write you up as suicidal and when we kill you police won't investigate ... we have given them many stories to replace your real history and so they will actually be happy when you die".
They were the SAME SET of attackers involved in all prior 9and all future) attacks upon me.

My mind can remember everything. All of them. And the physical pain. And yet my physical body had been maliciously (medical reports available) dosed with cadmium, mercury, diazonin, formaldehyde, and more ... I was alive and yet almost dead. They bullies me that they "had to do it' as I had survived the MVA from 1991 and there was a danger that they might all get convicted if I got the chance to speak up. Their set included certain senior police who were coordinating the attacks upon me and preventing appropriate public safety support for me.

Part-time work for SOUTH COAST VIDEO preparing news and commercials for supply to WIN TV news in Wollongong (Channel Nine News), and still photography of local events. Lucinda was refused presenting on screen due to facial scarring (from vehicle accidents as a passenger in 1968 and 1991). Sadly this visible scarring and family lineage was used as basis to deny Lucinda employment in NSW and later in QLD.
Another excuse put to her was "you look like royalty".
In 2006 Lucinda returned to 'volunteer' as a trainee reporter at the Wollongong (Channel 9) News Room. Lucinda reported directly to news reporter Colin Duffy.
Perhaps not linked to Nine News, and yet perhaps it was: Lucinda as also (without her consent) a person sought for photography images by students of NSW NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Arts). Men would trail Lucinda in the community and alleged that she was the sister of Princess Diana.
A few images were acquired by Lucinda. (Then there was the series taken of Lucinda while she was illegally held captive in Coogee by these groups of men, and other images circulating that have been digitally altered by the same set of predators.) While the matter was reported NSWPOL ignored responding in an expected manner and still refuse to consider the stalking or harassment problem ever existed. The photographers have been employees of certain news media groups.

Lucinda's paid work in media (from 1983 while still a school student) was initiated through Nowra Council and the YOUNG ACHIEVERS program backed and apparently funded by Canberra politicians. This added to my reputation as a young pianist and music composer, of which Lucinda was awarded the inaugural MAYORS MEDAL at age 10yo in 1978. Lucinda had won many trophies on piano and was developing in voice as singer and in public speaking.

This role was offered verbally to Lucinda who accepted the role, then it was occupied by Mary Grace (when Lucinda refused immediate pressure to withdraw). The file was soon thereafter unexpectedly closed by Allianz insurance without matters being addressed according to Workcover protocols.

Learning Advisor contract through human resource recruitment agency 'Manpower' (Brisbane), to client Vodafone on behalf of the Web Designing company IMPART. Tailored off-shore client work collapsed prior to day-one of the contract because the technical expansion to New Zealand and the international contract imploded through a funding embargo.
Special AIPM association to this contract assisted selection, due to Lucinda's AFP security clearance and industry knowledge of Federal Government policies and security protocols.

Ostracism is tough anywhere and more so in the AFP workplace, where colleagues have power.
I reported a rape (done to me), This followed 3 years sexual harassment from a set in the workplace and in the community who chanted "all the way with LBJ", apparently a clue to identify of my parents. I was unpopular for daring to report and advised to "disappear without a trace". I was told it was decisions of my ancestors who led to families losing husbands during the Vietnam War.
More than a decade later I managed to access some FOI material to learn how those very staff from the AIPM had led administrative denial of my AFP job under the Mental Health Act (persecuting me). This set of men were an organized set who stalked and raped me from the 1980s till 2014.
They were linked to Clubs (Surf Life Saving, Soccer/Hakoah, Real Estate, RSL, Fabian Society, Maritime, Variety Club, and more). I was told some photo-shopped photos of me had been sold by men for profit. Back in 1993 (of their doing) my home address had been written on pub walls by these men, and in the 1990s doctored images had been sold at Cockatoo Island, ferries and train line to Nowra. There were terrible untrue rumors circulating. From 2002 police colleagues of that social set (also at the AIPM) added more fallacies by offensively calling me slurs of "sex kitten" and "madam lash". Women spat at me in the street of the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and accused my family killing their ancestors. No one would explain their bizarre cruel behaviour, only saying "LBJ". My life savings $140,000.00 were extorted via third-party (and bank IMB) via forgery of my signature. I was told me to survive as a prostitute, which I refused. Men who raped me told they were paid to rape me by a rich Australian Sydney businessman and his mate, as a 'project' where players bet on my (life) survival of the next round of predatory attacks.
I am extremely moral and always have been. Ongoing undue defamation cast at me has been vicious.

In 2003 & 2004 this personal home was open for boutique stays and easy walk to the beach sands. The sunny open plane home featured a sun deck with outdoor furniture & BBQ.
The home was equipped with a vast library and sculpted gardens, including feature roses & array of Australian flowering natives. This personal home and guest space was advertised as eco-friendly. Initial advertising was to Public Safety & Emergency Services industry employees, & through online webpages. This beachside house was invited for listing in the 'Weekends for 2' magazine in 2004-2010 (based on inspection in 2004). The house is currently for sale.
This project collapsed only due to trice covert spraying with pesticides & other 'nasties' such as organo-chlorides by local business competitors & other associates improper third-party action. Attempts to re-launch the project in 2007 & 2010 where interrupted, by that same local activity. Without her consent, in 2005, 2007 & 2010 the house was entered & dosed by third-party persons with no authority for pesticide usage. Certain political-linked local persons deliberately caused her health, business venture & finances to tumble.
Recent FOI data reveals the house was purchased in 2003 using Lucinda's life savings & name for a loan, yet not the personal signature or address of Lucinda. The house was taken-over by locals in similar manner in Oct 2005 & requiring Lucinda to find an alternate personal residency solution. After many years of non-response/ non-support from agencies, in April 2005 suppressed administrative material was finally released, some twelve years after the certain third-party persons led such set-up. Their sly actions greatly altered Lucinda's finances & career prospects thereafter.

Full time teaching work, and discussions to become Head Teacher. I resigned from this only due to the unique offer of employment for the Australian Federal Police, to engage in Australasian strategic executive leadership and course design for international Public Safety industry clients at the AIPM, (a role which I had applied for six months prior in Sept 2001 as result of encouragement from Wendy Forester and Fiona Kibble. These women from Nowra in NSW were friends of the politician Neville Wran, also Alan Newton and MP Malcolm Turnbull and David Gonski).
The St Catherine's Girl's School is an independent day and boarding school and the oldest Anglican girl's school in Australia. My initial intention had been to remain at this school for some years.
The product design classes on my teaching roster included: plastics; wood; computer graphics; food technology / cafe management; fashion design, and other 'design process' initiatives.

I was taken under duress from my own apartment at Bondi Beach and illegally held in a private Coogee apartment.
I was told this was being done to prevent me marriage (I'd accepted an engagement in Sept 2000 to a Scandinavian) and any children.
I was told "it's all your own fault for living after the vehicle accident (1991)" and "you were supposed to die and then you could not ever report being raped"..

The apartment was visited by a news reports and members of Surf Clubs, RSL, soccer and various politician friend of a certain the diplomatic family. These included visits from prior rapists.
I was tortured and my life savings were extorted from me.
Meanwhile the captors led a litigious scam, in my name, with Sydney Grammar School. I have only heard about it after my AFP contract started and I have never personally been privy to the papers or names of legal firms.

While captive I was starved and beaten and yet required to complete post-graduate USYD essays of my key captor. This family then arranged me to afterwards take on employment with the AFP.
Unbelievably doctors (Cooper Street Clinic) blocked my efforts to report to police or my MP, and they warned me of further harm if I try report their "friends". At the AIPM I was bullied and colleagues told me in detail what each attacker had done to me over the years. Then all my wages were extorted via a bogus mortgage to a place the same set prevented me using. It was done to force me into poverty and to exist as an 'asset' to block me from any legal aid or another home.

Attacks at me and removal of my accommodation have been a regular form of attack between 1984 and 2017. Every incident traces back to the same set and the same trap of imposed poverty.

In January 2000 (Copenhagen) & September 2000 (Sydney during the Sydney Olympic Games, & at the time when Lucinda was a volunteer at Beach Volleyball) Lucinda met in person 'HRH'​ Frederik, who knew personally/cousin/'switch'​ with the Bartram family in England. The Bartram family have worked at Sandringham Palace Estate for many generations as gardeners/botanists. The most recent generation < www.bartrammowers.co.uk > still retains a business 'Royal Warrant'​, & links also via polo (incl. Sydney socialite James Packer). Many years prior Lucinda knew Mary D of Tasmania - through Nowra High school contacts including Wendy Forester (friend of Neville Wran). This directly led to Lucinda losing new links to grandma Ingrid & taking a career change. Until Dec 2013, in friendship, Fred sent official 'Amalienborg Palace' greetings by post to Lucinda.

Annual part-time consulting, relying on Masters of Education research in 'Curriculum Studies'.
Study topic included: national policy, politics, change management, cultural change, the international education market, technology and product design, manufacturing, text book writing, educational trends, professional development, and innovation. Editing was done for NSW Curriculum Corporation.

Minister of Education funded SMALL BUSINESS and POLITICS curriculum research experience, as Teacher AMBASSADOR for Australia. The project included a pilot eco-tourism visit into the Kalimantan forest to meet orangutans being rehabilitated into the wild, and meeting families living in Jakarta Harbour slums. On return from this experience Lucinda presented at Principal forums, about whole-of-curriculum content and literacy. Overseas Lucinda led a personality development program about inter-relationships between children, choosing the topic 'Playground Games'. Student works were brought back to Australian for a partner-program involving Maroubra school K-12. the collection was exhibited in the inaugural travelling art space in the Prince Of Wales Hospital, Randwick, and featured in 'brain Injury' handbook for parents of patients, then went on tour to five Australian states. The collection was endorsed by Indonesian Embassy staff, as published in local newspapers and online at 'City Search' as 'Art of the Children'. Sponsored by the Australia Council the initiative precipitated Lesley Rosenberg to feature the project in the Australian 'Artlink' magazine in 2001, Volume 21 No 2 'Art & Children' pgs 58-60.

CSIRO Science Team participation to study the Salt Mining industry of ICI Botany / Orica, at 'Shark Bay', and the impacts of industry upon the environment. Particular attention was given to direct assistance to scientist for the rescue of the endangered marsupial the 'Burrowing Bettong'.
An additional role was team photographer, with images published locally and internationally.
Other work included assisting Aboriginal 'tracking' and assisting 'satellite monitoring' of animals using radio harasses, and catching vertebrates for measurement. Visits were also made to the local school provided for the mining families. Artist. Satellite reliant marsupial monitoring systems.

Supervision of 100 student dancers and 20 backstage crew. Winning 5th place in NSW ! Five other awards: concept; choreography;costumes; lighting; and set design. This was the very first entry for this school. The 'finals' were televised from the Sydney Entertainment Centre. This project also required designing and stitching costumes, making the sets, fundraising, and training. This rebuilt the school culture, leading to the annual 'Insight' school student art exhibition. Student art was also used for the television mini-series 'Heartbreak High'. There was also development of a specialist 'ceramics' course / room, and also a 'design' and 'visual design' workshop. Other projects included school geography / skiing tours to Thredbo, and Rotary tree planting projects.
The dance theme selected by the school principal Frank Bladwell was 'Cleopatra'.

On the Endeavour replica (I was sent there by accountant Peter C and his friend Bambi L) I was unknowlingly administered cadmium poisoning in my water. The woman was R.J with nausea commencing the moment I drank from the cup, a murder attempt :-(
The Captain emerged as the close mate of the fellow with whom I had built those silos ... who had been paid by the Vipassana members to try induce me into their flock in 1983.
I escaped Michael R.B in 1991 (after suffering sexual assaults for 7 years, from age 11yo), and also that near fatal MVA from his mates).

So in 2006 their set were continuing in new covert ways to try end my life. They used new recruits to their sabotage scheme ... trying to poison me, for the satisfaction of the set of rapists from 1983-1991. Due to chemicals they inflicted I vomited bile for 3 days (this assisted by high seas) likely saving my life. It did not normally get seasickness and yet that was the 'cover' these sailors created. The Captain refused support to my travel insurance claim. Attacks continued in the community & repeatedly from their married mate (Julian S) from March 2006 to March 2008.

An attempt on my life failed on "boxing Day" 1991.

After that a set of sexual predators took me to Sydney. I was forced to reside with the driver of the MVA who sought to cover his track to try murder me.
He had raped me before the MVA and made money from selling me to his mates (while I was captive). Over the years he arranged new attacks, to make me detest any intimacy with men, "to stop you ever marrying or having children".
To my horror I was attacked routinely by his musician and Waverley College mates, his Surf Club mates and he linked closely to the earlier attacker set from Nowra,
and Michael R.B. With no biological family to try reach out to and no care to investigate from NSWPOL I was told "you were kept alive for the pleasure of men and it's irrelevant that you don't like it".

The MVA driver continued to repeat rapes to me after the MVA with full knowledge that I was in extreme pain. he took glee at my suffering. I was captive as I was unable to walk, see, talk, eat : broken jaw, nasal/eye cavity, damage to every vertebrae of the spine, hips dislocated, and much more. The PHONE WAS REMOVED by him and the door double-locked to prevent me escaping.

I was then taken to HIS workplace where on paper I was 'teaching', yet this was all their scam to deny me a compensation insurance payout. What did emerge, they took. I had been abducted from Bombala hospital on day 2 of my survival and left (as abducted passenger) in a car park at Bega in the New Year full sun. The driver had deliberately sealed the car with me in it. Passing strangers had gotten me to hospital. Next they tried to arrange inappropriate brain surgery "to stop you speaking about what happened". Instead there was only corrective eye surgery, and yet the misinformation persists on the incorrect creative malicious 'Intel' gathered in 2011 by the police-mates of my attackers.

He claimed his mate owned the insurance company and he would block me gaining support.

I survived attacks from a predatory set of men and the women who assist those selfish bullies.
It was led by certain individuals who had horrible secrets to hide ... how they had harmed me.
I survived a gang attack from a group of teachers who predate on women.

The key men have locksmith and real estate and police mates.
They linked to MEDIA and a university acting school.
They are from one certain social set liked to their fathers, their schools, their sports clubs.
After their group attack and holding me hostage then emptied my band accounts and attempted murder. When I survived that (no police investigations) they plotted more methods and more attacks for the next few decades. With their long-term strategy and my relatives unknown to me then I was forced into an extremely vulnerable position by this set who were third-party to my life.
The set jeered at my morals and my wish for "marriage first".

As the men had some police mates the matter was never investigated, and their stalking and harms to me continue (till this update posted 2017). I lived but was denied advocacy (or full or access to) compo. Everything was stolen (extorted) from me, and that involved certain legal folk and banks acting corruptly in the forgery of my signature.
Thus I was never supplied fund to repair the scars the attackers put on my face,
or to take the rape charges to court. And they attackers kept attacking me.
They told me that they were furious that I was still breathing.
Sadly no lawyer or politician has cared in listening to these truths, as they tell me that my reporting this will cause me men (and women) convictions in prison,
Well ... that is where they ALL need to go for a long time. And the certain bad police who abused their powers to cover-up as they 'aid and abet' those same predators (a certain set) attacking me for 33 years. I said "No", "stop", "go away", etc.
They started when I was 11yo and I was most Horrified then, as I remain disgusted still today :-(

After 1991, following the 'commercial' aspect of the Sydney harbour boating employment (supervision of food preparation), gourmet cooking was maintained for 'leadership hosting' and social networking purposes. Food presentation has always been a passion and with the dedication to develop cooking of food from many different cultures and matching wines. This skills includes specialty desserts, fruit liquor chocolates, marzipan iced cakes and extends into decorative Japanese sushi.

UNPAID - and my total external earning taken by this family

All animal husbandry, land care, cattle herding, dairying and farm management duties, as required.
This followed from a childhood (pre-1983) of farm practices, and horticultural duties assisting Roger Bartram with his market garden, including: crop management, win making, and the production of table products, butter and preserves. Additionally, rearing of young animals and assisting with veterinary needs support. Roger supplied produce to the fishing village of Ulladulla. Ulladulla supplied fish to the Sydney markets (where both as Ulladulla and Sydney Alan Newton was politically involved. Note: Alan and Malcolm Turnbull were school mate of Lucinda's next step-father). Between 1983 and 1991 Lucinda was an unpaid dairy assistant and general hand for the Boyd family, at Terara. This arrangement was made by Lucinda's substitute parents.

Design, pattern-cutting, sewing and stitch-work embellishments of formal and leisure wear. This included evening dresses and suits. In the 1980s some specific training was achieved in the Philippines with designing and pattern making, extended by fashion and textile work at UNSW COFA ans additional Design studies at USYD. Practical projects included dance costumes for students 'Rock Eisteddfod performances. at the Sydney Entertainment Centre in 1994. Artistic flourishes were created to suit themes or hair pieces.
Items were styled and every day clothing for personal use and for commissions ordered from friends.
Matching stationary were created using detailed illustration techniques, print-making, and the observance of the exquisite forms of plants in nature.

Retail fashion store, Supervision of 13 registers, Visual displays across the store, and then duty to train the Assistant Manager. Invitation was given to take on Store Management.
Concurrent full-time university studies (BEdArt).
Initially working in Nowra (self-funding own Secondary School studies), then a transfer to a store in Sydney for reliable employment throughout my undergraduate study years at nearby UNSW COFA.

Customer Service. Cutting food stock (slicing products) and preparing displays of cold meats, cheeses, and salads. This was at the new shopping mall 'Nowra Fair', later renamed 'Stocklands' (directed by AMP CEO Jack Ritch who is a relative of the local Ron and Richard Boyd families). This job was set up by (substitute family adult) Kevin Manly through their Nowra office of Social Security. His long-term friends had established the new shopping mall.
Lucinda resigned this job to take a 'clean' and 'dry' job with Venture Stores.

This part-time work was a requirement every weekend and most evening. Lucinda was earning her own keep and lodgings. All remaining wages were 'acquired in entirety' by the adult in the household.
Lucinda was existing in a family struck by severe divorce squabbles. Her employers provided food, school supplies, linen and clothing. Bosses were the Italian grocers Harry, and then his brother Bill.

As a child a group of adults attempted to force me to join the the Mahayana Buddhist organization known as Fo Guang Shan based at the Nan Tien temple in Wollongong and the Vipasanna base at the Blue Mountain. My adoptive mother and her new partner were member of the group, as was Kevin's neighbour Sandra Garland and her man John.
Kevin (a Social Security manager) was also involved in Waverley College (Marist) and the NSW Board of Jewish Deputies based at Bondi Junction ... and AMP, Stocklands, Westfield, Hakoah Club (soccer), SLSA, Art gallery of NSW, War Memorial, Rotary, Australian America Assoc, and the Albury-Wodonga Progress Committee, and IOOF (among other things). He was mates of Nowra-based Frank Moorehouse who wrote "Secret Family: Gift of a Son' (pedophilia). He read that to me every night, sitting on my bed, me crying.

The movement invited me to a wedding, yet made child ME the focus. I was captive for the next week (relocated from artist Arthur Boyd's 'Riversdale' at Bundanon to a beach cottage at Culburra).
After getting back to Nowra I tried to report matters to NSWPOL. I was immediately handed back to the same adults who I had fled. I was either 11yo or 14yo and I was reporting being raped. I was then mocked and punished. This same set is linked to all the attack events at me for 33 years.
The local Nan Tien temples is of the Taiwanese Fo Guang Shan Buddhist order founded in 1967 by Hsing Yun, which has over 120 branches worldwide.
These adults told me that they wanted me as a "Giesha" and to never have marriage or children.

As a child I worked every afternoon and all weekends for Harry (then later his brother Bill Arif).

The year 1971 does matches events better as does my size and early memories/photos.

I actually remember that my adoptive family did this to avoid allowing me to have child care, so as she was a teacher I was just slipped into her own classroom at Sussex Inlet.

I did not reach 100cm, until in 1st class (age 3yo)... and then my food was denied for the next 10 years. My hand, heart and foot size matches women who are usually as tall as six feet.
My adoptive 'mum' was 4'6". I grew to 5'2" despite all the starvation and hardship.

So I started school in 1973 at age 1 1/2yo (not 4:5yo) ... and this matches what Peter.A told me.
I went to high school in 1978 at age 7 1/2yo (not 10:5yo).
I went to university in 1986 at age 14 1/2yo (not 17:5yo)
and was forced to be the live-in lover of a man who refused my "no".
Actually, he had been doing that, on the consent and INSTRUCTION of my adoptive mum, from 1983 when I was 19yo (not 13yo).
I knew I was small and shy, yet this shocking identity theft and age deception is the basis of the crushing of my education and career progress. And the pedophiles MADE this happen to me and they took glee at my tears and my suffering :-(

I never got back my wages earned at the fruit market, and that pattern of extortion to me continues :-(

I was taken regularly to private offices and homes.

I was the focus of attention from the WRAN family and their friends.

Immediately before this happened I had been in a room with Fraser and my adoptive mother, just us three. Outside her reporter mate M.Turnbull was involved with events there (and his mate Kevin who became the new man for my adoptive mum).

My adoptive dad was doing his part to stall Whitlam. it had all been extremely planned. These adoptive family has engineered this over some weeks, dragging me about as they rallied supporters for their agenda to change the political leadership of Australia.

This family were always demanding money from politicians and banker, and getting money. They were highly influential and determined, and duplicitous.
THIS political link has something to do with my birth origins, apparently, and all the nasty (and pedophile) harms to me from political groups all my life.

In 1975 I was told that I had been stolen from my real family and that I was being used as RANSOM. In 2013 I gained copy of a magazine article printed in the QE2 Diamond Jubilee magazine. The Bartram family actually does have a royal-paid contract called RANSOMS.

I was one of two people in the pre-trial 'experiments' of the PINAPPLE DIET.

I was selected as a child-subject of the 'Urticaria Provocation study'
As a toddler I was given NO choice in the matter of dietary restriction.

Initially I was fed entirely pineapple juice, of which it was know that I suffered intense itching and urticarial rashes. The result was allergic rhinitis and contact urticaria, Gastrointestinal and breathing restrictions (that also due to the moth balls placed inside my pillow).
The response was recurrent attacks of hives (urticaria).
I was also exposed to the herpes simplex 1 virus.
In my adult life a Dan Broppy (Bega, NSW in January 1992) explained it all at 'Munchausen' behaviour of the adults in my household to INDUCE in me allergies and sufferin.

Next was total dietary restriction to 7 items, with LIMITED water:
cabbage; chicken; pears; white rice, pineapple, coconut.
Meanwhile the remainder of the household enjoyed a full diet.

It was identified that I was GENETICALLY allergic to SOY ... so the household took to including soy in the meals where I was invited to "join the family in a meal". THEY were not (much) allergic to soy and their preference for 'nut meat' became a regular food ingredient.
So with my key triggers identified the (non-related vexatious host) family set about provoking my allergy trigger daily by provoking histamine overload.
I suffered localized allergic symptoms (pruritus & hives).

Other allergies identified included latex & prawns ... these being used against me over the years on various occasions as hidden (or forced) exposures.
This third-party action is to try trigger a pattern of (continuous CIU) chronic idiopathic urticaria. Welts can last more than six weeks, or recur over months or years.

Soy Additives are now used in most foods & even chickens (meat & eggs), so if fed on soy are a trigger. Soy is also in some medications & vaccinations.

From aged 11 years Lucinda's weekends were occupied filling cars with fuel at the bowser.
The business owner was Richard MacIntosh. This fuel stop was opposite the Nowra Police Station.

I was participant in the PLAY SCHOOL and other television programs.
My role was to sit and smile and clap on cue. And to answer coached answers.
And to dress and undress when instructed for the adults, as like a living doll, as they played 'dress-ups'. I was called "The Little Princess". I was told to curtsy to even man in a suit.

I met hosts Benita Collins and the male hosts of the show, and the production staff, and POLITICIANS and News reporters, and the CEO (etc).
We knew their families. They were somewhat linked with the Fabian society, UNSW,
and these same people emerged into the Australia Celebrity network.

My adoptive mum's close friends included Rolf Harris and Jimmy Saville, Margaret Carr, Alex Gonski, Stokes/Myer/Pakcer/Murdoch/Norman/Harvey/Smith, Wallis Simpson, Nancy Wake, Taranto, Rudd, Turnbull, Hughes, Bennett, Kerr, Kibble, Boyd, Fraser, and Ritch.
And the Leyland Brothers and the family who set up 'Australian Zoo' in QLD, entertainment coordinator Harry M Miller ... and more ...

My adoptive parents had friends and business relations with key business families in Australia.
These families went on to acquire enormous leadersHip of the commercial markets in Australia.
This included: Army/AirForce/Navy; fishing industry of Ulladulla and Fivedock/Pyrmont; Dairying industry; Wesfarmers/ Woolworths and Coles; Win TV... Metro TV ... NIDA ...
