The Rekindle Micro-Enterprise program provides mico enterprise training that covers such topics as: Writing a business plan; Obtaining financing; Accounting and tax issues; Legalities and business licensing; Marketing and promotions; And other micro enterprise start-up issues. We also make small business loans to elgible businesses.

License in Ohio and Kentucky to assist commercial and residential clientele to identify, evaluate suitable property for their business and personal needs. Also as a business consultant I provided business planning assistance, financial analysis and business development for small and medium size companies with 1 to 30 employees.

Responsible for coordinating all redevelopment, neighborhood and comprehensive plans consisting of urban designs, land uses, in fill residential developments, commercial and industrial projects citywide. Main task was to coordinate with consultant to write new zoning code citywide.

Director of Economic Development for a City of 43000 people my responsibilities was citywide to initiate and facilitate all comprehensive programs and services. Additional work consisted of encouraging the expansion of existing industries and the establishment of new industries in the City. Financially I was responsible for managing a loan pool in the amount of $1.5 million dollars. Additional duties include promoting attributes of the area and preparing reports and presentations concerning developing activities. Reported directly to the Mayor and City Commission. Regarding personnel, responsible for managing a staff of professionals in the area of planning, zoining, historic preservation, loan officers, and other development staff, etc.
