My professional and volunteer experiences demonstrate my leadership capabilities and commitment to personal growth. I successfully funded my Gap Year travels to North and South America, Asia, Europe and Australia, showcasing my resourcefulness and tenacity.I am an aspiring entrepreneur, currently developing my foundational knowledge in the Facilities Management Industry. I am a degree apprentice working full time in a FM service delivery company and studying a Business Chartered Management degree part time. Using the theory I learn at University, I relay this to my business in the format of assignments and often projects. I pride myself on my integrity, organisational skills and consistent drive to improve every role I take. I can add value by capitalising on my personal attributes and my desire to continuously learn and develop. Over the next 3 years of my course and time working in the FM industry, I strive to enhance my professional soft skills, understand the complexities of running a business and expand my industry knowledge.I have recently been appointed as the IWFM Rising FM’s Secretary, where I will volunteer with other likeminded individuals to bridge the gap between younger generations and the aging workforce. Throughout this role I look forward to promoting FM as a career and workplace of choice.
