Founder321 Artists Mar 2017 - Jan 2023Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom321 Artists is an artist management and development company, aiming to develop both emerging artists and artist managers whilst inspiring the next generation to explore roles within the music industry. I have been managing artists since the age of 18, where I began to manage indie-pop band Blushes, who went on to tour across the country, have multiple features in publications such as NME and played on BBC Radio 1. 321 Artists is also a development platform, working with a wealth of artists in the form of consultancy as well as having the tools and professionals emerging artists need within their career to succeed. Building a "one-stop shop" for emerging artists, we offer services such as photography, videography, animation, illustration, audio production, merchandise creation, and we also offer free legal services for emerging artists.I have been invited to speak in schools encouraging young people to think about careers in music, and I have recently been part of the AIM A&R Feedback Centre at BBC Introducing Live.

Community ManagerSecret Sessions Aug 2016 - Jan 2018London, United KingdomSecret Sessions is an artist development platform for emerging artists. It offers exposure through a variety of opportunities including ‘secret’ live shows, session recordings and sync opportunities. The artists can also create profiles on the website which act as a mini-portfolio that can be viewed by vital industry professionals. At the age of 17, with over 20,000 Twitter followers, I was head hunted to work at Secret Sessions. Once I turned 18, I completed an eight week internship and after this period, I was then promoted to Community Manager. As the Community Manager, I was the main liaison between artists and the company. One of my main responsibilities was recruiting these artists to the platform, of which I signed up over 1000 in the time I was part of Secret Sessions. Part of the artist recruitment process meant helping artists to create and add their profiles to the large library of artists the company has that stretches across many genres of music. This helped further connections and knowledge so that when asked to recommend artists for specific briefs, whether dependent on location or style of music, I was able to, confidently and quickly. Secret Sessions Community Manager Responsibilities: - Recruiting artists to the platform – Scouting artists through both social media and live events- Creating artist opportunities and advertising in form of website (WordPress), newsletters (MailChimp) and social media- Recommending artists for sync briefs / brand briefs- Organising and creating artist meets up – social events for artists with guest speakers- Curation of New Music Friday / Secret Sessions Discover blogs - Artist curation of Secret Sessions Live – the monthly secret live event with a secret line up
