Development and support of tools to support Sucden’s business as a whole. Worked alongside end users and business analysts to map out requirements, then worked to identify technical solutions and deliver, test, and support on an ongoing basis. Built and supported tools using Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL, SSIS, Visual Studio, Windows batch scripting, Excel, and C#.

Working with business analysts to analyze and define requirements. Designing and building databases in MS Access using VBA and SQL. Assisting with testing, completing technical documentation, and coordinating/executing production installs. First level support of approximately 200 existing applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, data recovery, risk mitigation and impact analysis. Working alongside Trust Operations Regulatory Reporting business group to build End-user Computing solutions to interface with various applications across the enterprise.

Responsible for creating and maintaining database tools to assist internal business partners with problem identification and report creation. Built and supported databases in Access using VBA and SQL. Worked with business analysts to determine requirements. Worked with a group of database analysts in varying locations, which required careful communication and coordination.

Monitoring asset record completion and accuracy within the Configuration Management Database, as a member of the QA Team. QA of PAC 2000 Change/Asset records to identify missing/inaccurate required fields or improperly filled out change requests. Responsible for a number of reports, both ad hoc and weekly/monthly, using VBA in many cases to eliminate manual steps.
