Spokesperson
Management of the group's spokesperson and public relations strategy, in Israel and abroad - including:● Dealing with a broad range of issues in the group's content worlds, such as marketing real estate projects, supporting tenders, developing media agendas (such as in sustainability, green building, safety, and renewable energy) and dealing with international crises.Implementing a long-term communication strategy based on the company's business goals by initiating wide-ranging articles, preventing negative publications, creating content collaborations, attending and initiating professional conferences, working with external organizations to raise awareness, and managing the company's reputation. ● Handling media crises with local and global media while responding quickly to developments and working closely with professionals in law, capital markets, etc.● Servicing 60 managers, including 15 CEOs and VPs, while implementing a broader group strategy.● Interactions with reporters and editors across the range of media channels (media, written press, digital and more) (in all areas of the group's activity - capital markets, energy, infrastructure, transportation, real estate, environment, sustainability and corporate responsibility).● Building, managing, and executing the group's strategy in the field while adapting to the group's goals - setting and monitoring goals in the donation policy, as well as establishing innovative projects in this field.● Formulating and adapting organizational messages to the group's activity goals in a variety of channels, including a company newspaper, newsletters, internal campaigns, an organizational portal, and so on.● Management of digital activities, the group's website, Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as professional guidance and close cooperation with the group's marketing departments (headquarters, housing and construction real estate, and Solel Boneh).
