Future Digital MarketerAs a second-year student, I am pursuing my dream of working as a Social Media Marketer one day at a time by practicing discipline. While working at a gym in my hometown of Sharon, Pennsylvania, I practiced my digital marketing skills by mentoring the lead social media director. I grew passionate about this field and I'm excited to see where my career goes.Last semester I was grateful to have worked with four other Farmer School of Business students on a client challenge where we worked together to be consultants for a real company. During this experience, I practiced my collaboration, critical thinking, and public speaking skills. Together my team and I were honored to be named in the top 7 teams out of 132. This opportunity sparked my excitement and I cannot wait for my next project!As I am working toward obtaining my Marketing degree, I am also studying to obtain a degree in Emerging Technologies in business and Design. I am excited to be learning how to use and design with all the Adobe Creative suites and hope to soon gain real-life experience using these skills.
