Facilitates and organizes all promotions and advertising for concerts, meetings, and other WBN-sponsored events, as well as for the broadcasting network itself. Develops and manages WBN social media platforms to drive campus awareness, presence, and engagement. This position requires creative content creation in the forms of posters, banners, online media posts, concise well-composed writing, and several other marketing materials.

- Assist Ortus Collective during a pivotal time as it prepares for its pilot launch. Career Ambassadors aid the CSO in serving the Grove City College campus community by assisting staff members with a variety of programs, services and tasks within the office. Responsibilities of CAs include, but are not limited to:• Front desk responsibilities (i.e., scheduling counseling appointments for CSO staff members, assisting students who visit the office, assisting employers with job postings, answering phone calls, etc.)• Approving any pending jobs/internships in Handshake and posting any jobs that exceed current student/graduate qualifications in the Alumni Directory• Assisting with the office’s social media efforts• Assisting the Office Manager with on-campus recruiting/interviewing preparation • Marketing (designing and/or distributing signs around campus)• Entering survey information into Excel and compiling reports from program evaluations• Contacting employers via phone/email when needed• Miscellaneous tasks/special projects (i.e., special mailings, nametags, filing)• Major event assistance (Career Fair, Internship Fair, Camp Fair, etc.)• Acting as an ambassador on behalf of the CSO. This may include interacting with the CSO on social media (liking, sharing, commenting), promoting CSO events and services to friends/classmates through word of mouth, attending CSO events, etc. In addition, a high level of professionalism and reliability, as well as strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills (attention to detail) are desired for this position. The person should be highly adaptive and willing to manage diverse tasks and responsibilities given on a daily basis (from the simple/mundane to the more complex), as well as service-oriented.

Caring for children ages 5-7 throughout the day and night. Helped with walking them to activities, helping at meal time, coordinating and supervising activities, writing evaluations, and leading devotionals.
