Each day I wake up and work to make the world a better place. More times than not this is through my job at the time. I currently work as a resident assistant (RA) at West Virginia University where I made sure my residence have the best living experience I can provide them with and foster an environment with open communication. Additionally I have learned how to problem solve and effectively in force rules without losing my connection with the residents. I also work for a nonprofit that runs many program for youth within West Virginia and Ohio but my favorite is a summer camp for underprivileged children. Through this I have learned how to effectively resolve conflict and be how to be a great leader. In addition to this I have learn how to plan events and quickly problem solve.
