I am a computer engineering student at the University of Utah who is passionate about the intersection of technology and the people who use it. You can often find me outdoors, hiking or skiing. I also like reading, playing the piano, exploring the city, and playing with my many pets.I am currently working on my B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Engineering. As a queer and trans woman, I bring a new perspective into the field by living my life authentically. I hope to use my skills to continue creating positive change and advancing social justice, especially for queer and trans youth. My activism prioritizes generous community building and genuine connection with people who have different life experiences and perspectives. This intersectional approach follows from the concept that we can't be free until we all are free. I put these values into practice through involvement with my local mutual aid organizations, such as when I initiated the Salt Lake Community Freedges program.I would love to connect!
