Working as an outdoor instructo at Stubbers Adventure Centre I gained expertise in water safety protocols, instructional techniques for various watersports activities such as sailing, kayaking, supping, raft building and canoeing, as well as leadership and teamwork skills necessary for guiding groups in outdoor settings. I have also developed communication skills to effectively teach and motivate participants of different ages and abilities, and proficiency in equipment maintenance and risk management to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
