I am currently a second year student studying forensic psychology with criminal justice. Since starting my undergraduate degree I have developed a specific interest in comprehending the underlying factors that contribute to the occurrence of sex offences. I would like to focus my future research on this topic and I welcome the opportunity to network with professionals with similar interests. Alongside my degree I currently work as a support worker at New Start Homes. My main responsibility is to provide emotional and practical support for service users. I have past work experience in Arrowe Park Hospital pharmacy department, Rowlands Community pharmacy and the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre working as a trainee dispenser.I will graduate in 2025 and I am expected to graduate with a first honours and I am ambitious to enrol on a postgraduate degree in forensic psychology. My future aspiration is to become a registered forensic psychologist and according to my skill set this is the perfect role for me I aim to work towards reducing recidivism rates and supporting victims impacted by crime.
