I have a NVQ level 2&3 in Hairdressing and barbering. 10 year experience, currently been in the salon im at for 7 years running a busy column with a good clientele. I have experience managing a salon and also I have done some education within the salon. I’m first aid trained. I am an excellent communicator and enjoy dealing with people in my current career. I am patient person who remains calm under pressure especially when dealing with customers. I am enthusiastic in my work and like to ensure that I get my work completed on time as time management is very important in hairdressing. I am self motivated and able to work well on my own initiative or as part of a team. I enjoy trying to help people overcome their problems and have had some involvement with training new starters to which I enjoy and I also managed the team for just under 2 years. I am looking to go into something a bit more creative with hairdressing, as Iv been salon based since the age of 16, or I am looking for a total career change as I want to challenge myself and learn something new
