Selected as 1 of 21 new members out of over 230 applicants

In this leadership position, I will be working with a partner to find various strategies to further engage the freshman in the business school to develop a further understanding of what the business school has to offer through planning events that are both engaging and show opportunities.

I worked on the student outreach committee and helped plan meetings with student leaders at the UW Business school and gathered input that students would like to see addressed. Additionally I participated in other events through UBC to support other committees.

• Formulate presentations about DEI topics in the workplace and how to address them• Create relevant conversations and takeaways for members through discussions and personal experiences

Make sales of community, staff/alumni, and student memberships for the facility, while checking out equipment and making sales.

• Coordinate shipments from vendors to customers, vendors to fulfillment centers and fulfillment centers to customers• Use critical thinking skills to evaluate transportation options that meet customer requirements while keeping costs down• Effectively communicate with all areas of company, including customer care, accounts payable, sales, and procurement• Troubleshoot transportation problems and resolve to completion• Communicate accurate shipment specifications to carriers correct tucking services are provided to meet customer delivery expectation
