I fill in as an elementary and middle school substitute for teachers in the district. I teach lesson plans and take on all teacher responsibilities for the entirety of the day.

I worked as both a cashier and a waitress. I also helped in the kitchen when needed with easier things to cook so that the chefs could focus on the harder dishes to prepare. I would open and close the store if my shift was scheduled at those times. I would keep track of inventory as well as the money in the register and tip jar.

I received, processed, and sent out a shipment of the product that was at the store. Receiving and processing shipment required getting the shipment from the delivery people, scanning it into our system, sale and security tagging products as well as steaming hanging and moving them out to the floor. Within this role I also helped in fitting rooms with clients, organizing the layout of the store, and helped lead sale markdowns. Throughout my 2 years in this position, I worked both full times over the summer and part-time over the year while I was in school. I was also sent to work at other locations when needed such as The Westchester mall and The Woodbury commons location for its grand opening weekend.
