As an aspiring ecologist with a deep-rooted passion for understanding ecosystems and wildlife, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Michigan Technological University. My academic journey, enriched by a minor in Spanish, has allowed me to explore a diverse range of ecological and biological subjects—from animal behavior and microbial ecology to environmental toxicology and tropical biology.I have hands-on research experience, most notably as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Isle Royale National Park, where I contribute to a pivotal study of the island's wolf and moose populations. Additionally, my role at Tonkadale Greenhouse has enhanced my knowledge of sustainable plant care, pest control, and customer service, giving me practical skills that complement my academic foundation.With fluency in Spanish, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and JavaScript, and extensive fieldwork experience, I am driven by my commitment to conservation, biodiversity, and data-driven environmental solutions.
