• Deliver community services in a collaborative youth team to young people aged 10 – 24 years, dependant on program or activity.• Build rapport, develop and maintain a professional relationship with young people utilising the service• Identify “at risk” young people with a view to offering aged 10 – 24 years and where needed, providing referrals and advocacy• Maintain up to date knowledge about current youth services and support (both government and Community) and regularly disseminate information to young people

• Directing the inclusion of young people with disabilities in businesses, as both customers and employees, and help shape businesses’ understandings around how to be accessible. • Orchestrate, and direct the facilitation of accessibility workshops for businesses • Auditing the accessibility of business in Perth and PEEL, taking photographs and reporting recommendations on how they can increase their on-site accessibility

Working with the Town to plan youth activities and initiatives and deliver youth-focused events within the community• Providing advice and feedback on Town strategies, plans, policies, and procedures, and connecting with my peers to address issues that matter to me• Opening and closing meetings, motioning items to be voted on, maintaining orderly and time-sensitivediscussion of all agenda items• Approving minutes after they have been distributed and reviewed• Training and responsibilities, in consultation, advocacy, project management, and design

• Designing and assisting the development of a youth survey • Aiding the Victoria Park Council’s youth plan through the completion of thirty surveys• Participated in training, including effective consultation, managing difficult discussions, and confidentiality• Collecting quantitative and qualitative data through interviewing 37 young people (13 - 25 years old)• Collating and applying data to create the Victoria Park Council’s 2021 – 2024 Youth Action Plan
