As TL, I was responsible for hiring and supervising 17 Maintenance Administrators throughout Alberta, BC and Saskatchewan. I also developed and maintained spreadsheets in Excel, scheduled weekly conference calls, responded to daily electronic correspondence Outlook, and ordered of supplies. Other areas of responsibility were: Initializing payroll for Heavy Duty Mechanics, assisted mechanics with Government registration, introduced to and assisted with new inventory computer program for the Maintenance Administrators, and implemented new work policies for the Maintenance Program within all Sanjel Canadian districts. As Team Lead, I was required to travel extensively to each of the Sanjel Canadian districts for supervision of the Maintenance Administrators and work related issues.

Started as an administrative assistant; promoted to office administrator in 2008.Areas of responsibility were: Hiring and supervising for eleven support staff for three office locations; building and coordinating schedules; coordinating administrative duties, such as, invoicing and ordering of supplies; managing eight-line telephone system with Nortel Network BCM software; overseeing correspondence for Broker of Record/Broker Owners and sale representatives. Other areas of responsibility were: Co-developed a successful program for the recruitment of new sales representatives; responsible for meeting preparation, record keeping, event planning and other tasks as necessary.
