Events ranging from 6 to 150 people. Typical shift from 8AM to 4:30PM twice a week, 15 hours per week. Liaised between clients and sales management to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Managed client relationship through regular check-ins and updates on project progress. Identified areas of improvement for client operations, implemented targeted solutions to increase productivity. Organization consists of creating event quotes including room rental, equipment needs and food and beverage requests.
