I worked as a student aid for grades 1-5. I watched over the students during their extracurricular activities and organized lessons and activities for students after school. Adapted to students' needs and helped them work through conflicts.Achievements: -Ensured a Safe Environment: I made sure the environment for the students was safe and when any incident occurred I was there to help as needed. -Managed Specific Student Needs: I adjusted activities and lessons to better suit the student's needs. This allowed all students to feel involved. -Improving Communication Skills: I helped students talk out their issues with peers or with teachers. I helped students express their emotions and feelings in a calm and respectful way.
