My main responsibilities included the advertisement and allocation of private properties across Edinburgh. Part of this role includes assessing applications and preparing the legal documents for tenancy sign ups. I support my team by arranging appointments and processing paperwork for new and existing tenancies. A large part of my role is debt management for current and former tenants, working closely with our legal representatives as well as the external debt recovery company.
